How do I send my Google Calendar availability in an email?

Google says: “With a personal Google Account or Workspace Business Starter plan, you can create a single booking page to let others schedule appointments on your calendar.” Google Calendar Help: Compare premium features for appointment schedules, fetched October 8, 2026.
How does OpenCal put my open times in an email?
Press Copy times on your OpenCal page, and OpenCal copies your open times as text for you to paste into the email. The times come from the same busy-time check as your link. That check covers every Google, Microsoft and iCloud calendar you mark as busy, plus any calendar feed, extension sync or Read from screen calendar. The dock beside Copy times also sets the meeting length. The copied text ends with your link, after "Book a time:" when booking is on or "See my open times:" when booking is off. In One-time links only mode, Copy times copies the times without a link.
Can my available times change after I send them?
Pasted text does not change after you send it, but your OpenCal link does. The link at the end of the copied text shows your current times. OpenCal reads your connected calendars each time someone opens the link. Before it saves a booking, OpenCal reads your calendars again to check that the time is still free.
What does it cost?
OpenCal is free.
