Freelancers and small business owners trade emails with clients to schedule calls. OpenCal provides one free link with open times from every calendar you use.

What is OpenCal's free scheduling app for clients?

OpenCal is a free scheduling app that gives clients one link with your open times. A client opens the link, signs in with Google or Microsoft, and books a time. OpenCal uses the client's name and verified email from that account, so the client types nothing.

Can I use my business and personal calendars together?

Yes, OpenCal checks your business and personal calendars together. You can connect several Google and Microsoft accounts and one iCloud account. You can also add a calendar with a private .ics address. A time shows as open only when it is free on every calendar you marked as busy.

What do clients see on my link?

Clients see your open times and your name on your OpenCal link. You can add a short note, a photo, an email address, a phone number, or a website. Each contact detail appears only when you turn its switch on. Clients never see event titles, places, or guests.

Can a new client book only one call?

Yes, an OpenCal one-time link books one call only. Choose "One-time links only" beside Bookings and press Copy new for each client. Each new link books one meeting. An unused one-time link expires 30 days after you make it.

Where does a client booking go?

OpenCal keeps each client booking by default, and you see it under Bookings. In Settings under Booking, you can send bookings to a Google or Outlook calendar instead. That calendar adds the client as a guest and emails the invite. OpenCal does not take payments or send email.

Can I share my free times without letting clients book?

Yes, OpenCal can show your free times with booking turned off. Choose "No one can book" beside Bookings, and your link shows times only. Press Copy times to paste your open times into an email. With booking off, the copied text ends with "See my open times:" and your link.
