Calendly alternatives: prices and calendar limits
Updated October 31, 2026
Calendly's Free plan lists one event type and one calendar connection. Standard costs $10 per seat per month billed yearly. This page compares alternatives whose pricing or documentation pages we read on October 31, 2026, and the calendar limit each one lists.
Which Calendly alternatives are free?
OpenCal and zcal are free for one person. Calendly has a Free plan with one calendar connection. SavvyCal lets you try it for free, but its pricing page says you upgrade when you are ready to share your links. Microsoft Bookings comes with the subscriptions that Microsoft Learn lists.
Which free plan checks the most calendars?
zcal's Free plan lists unlimited calendar accounts. OpenCal checks several Google and Microsoft accounts, one iCloud account and private .ics feeds. Calendly Free lists one calendar connection. See the multiple-calendars guide for how OpenCal combines them.

Can OpenCal use my work calendar from company Teams?
Some companies let only an admin approve outside apps for Microsoft accounts. OpenCal's Read from screen reads the Teams or Outlook week view in your browser, and you review the busy blocks before OpenCal saves them. Follow the Teams setup guide for the exact steps.
What does switching from Calendly involve?
Keep your Calendly link live until the meetings already booked through it have happened. Connect each calendar in the new tool and set your hours. Open your new link in a signed-out window and confirm that a time you know is busy is not offered. Then replace the link in your email signature and on your pages. OpenCal has no event types, so you pick one meeting length instead of several event types.
When is a paid tool the better choice?
Choose a paid plan when you need round robin, team pages, payments or your own branding. SavvyCal Basic includes round robin and team links. zcal Pro adds round robin, collective events and branding removal. OpenCal has no round robin, team pages, payments or custom branding.
