You can connect several Google and Microsoft accounts and an iCloud account. You can read a Teams or Outlook calendar from your desktop screen. You can read Outlook on the web with the browser extension. You can add any other calendar with its .ics feed link.

They sign in with Google or Microsoft on your link. The server compares both calendars and sends each of you only the shared free times.

Guest bookings are the only bookings that receive this email. A visitor who books your link as a guest gets one confirmation email from OpenCal with a link to add the meeting to their calendar. OpenCal sends no other email. If you turn on adding bookings to Google or Outlook in Settings, under Booking, that calendar also sends the invite.
